Job Description
1. Based on the regional market situation, develop regional sales strategies, lead the team, and achieve the business targets set by the company;
2. Responsible for maintaining customers in the development area and deeply exploring the potential needs of major customers;
3. Regularly report the sales situation within the region and the next stage of sales plan;
4. Responsible for training, assisting, and managing agents within the region;
5. Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the annual market plan;
6. Complete the assessment according to the company's performance evaluation requirements.

Qualification
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechanical engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years of work experience preferred;
